I offer a free 15-minute consultation to all my clients. I believe that there’s no substitution for meeting someone face-to-face whether it’s in person on a video call.
It gives you the opportunity to meet me ‘in person’ and tell me as much as you want about what you hope to achieve from hypnotherapy and discuss what’s currently stopping you achieving this and any concerns you may have. Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural therapy which can shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviour patterns.
I’ll also explain what each of my other therapies are, if appropriate, and how they also help you to achieve the result you want. I’ll also be honest with you about your expectations.
